Cans Components Production (CNC presses line) Division
The Company contains press lines and automatic moulds to produce various types of packaging components such as lids, rings, bottom, Cons and Dome for aerosol cans, and other components that are used for packaging.
All production lines are equipped with moulds for cans in different sizes and specifications, for industrial and food industries.
We can produce more than 500 million prices per year.
All the produced components are technically examined in our labs during production, also a continuous inspection for each component is made by inline automatic high speed cameras. To ensure they are free of any technical defects and comply with food safety ISO FSSC 22000 requirements.
Advanced Coil Cutting Lines
Our facility features two state-of-the-art automatic production lines for cutting straight and zigzag sheets, with an impressive capacity of up to 60 million sheets annually (equivalent to 60,000 tons). These lines process ETP and TFS plates of various sizes and thicknesses, preparing them for subsequent packaging production stages.
To ensure the highest quality, all sheets undergo rigorous technical examinations in our labs during production, with continuous inspection to eliminate any defects.
Designed to meet market demands with exceptional precision, our cutting lines accommodate both straight and corrugated zigzag designs, catering to the needs of local and international markets.
Printing & Coating
Our advanced printing lines are designed to meet the company’s needs for high-quality printed ETP and TFS plates, as well as to fulfill local and international customer requirements. Utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as UV printing and convensinal printing, we deliver exceptional printing quality, including the ability to apply a full range of effects, from matte to glossy finishes, alongside precise varnish .
With a production capacity of up to 70 million sheets annually, all sheets undergo rigorous technical examinations in our labs and continuous inspection during production to ensure they are free of defects.

Graphic Design & CTP
To meet diverse customer requirements and deliver tailor-made packaging solutions, we have established a specialized division dedicated to technical design. This division ensures that every design aligns perfectly with our customers’ unique preferences and branding needs.
To safeguard the confidentiality of customer designs and precise color mixing, we utilize two high-resolution, advanced Computer-to-Plate (CTP) units. These cutting-edge systems enable us to produce intricate designs with outstanding accuracy, ensuring premium quality and secure handling of all proprietary artwork.
